This time I invite you on a short journey, to learn and get to know not only the artist behind the paintings, but also the vision, values and essence that drive me and my business.
The very fact that you continued to read, marks for me the beginning of a common journey between us - a journey to the different sides of my identity, which I pour into my life, not only in beliefs. Because when I reveal and share my soul, I aim to present to you the values and beliefs that underlie my business, the heart and soul of what I represent and do.
My business is not an independent entity; It is an extension of my being. This is my way of reflecting my core values, my vision and the belief system that guides me. Today, I share with you the first part of my identity as a business.
At the heart of my artistic journey lies a vision - to be present and meaningful in people's lives, to touch their souls and spread joy through art and I bring to the world. The medium may change (paintings, lectures, study), but the essence remains constant - to convey values and messages that resonate deeply, evoke feelings and thoughts and above all to raise smiles that light up everyday moments and improve our mental well-being.
My main goal is uncompromising, I want as many people as possible around the world to purchase my art regularly, turning it from a one-time sale into a lifelong connection. I aspire to influence countless people to embrace art, whether as a hobby or a profession for life.
And if we jump into the water, we can delve deeper into the values on which I build my business, and you will understand that these values are more than just words; They are the values I live and work by and so is my brand, ElbArt.
Let's start with my ability to inspire in others the inspiration, artistic or personal. Ignite creativity and motivation in clients and in the community around me, through my art and values. Sharing stories about my artistic journey and my sources of inspiration to inspire others to keep creating and evolving.
I will continue with honesty, because otherwise my parents won't sleep at night! Integrity is not just about honesty; It includes authenticity, staying true to yourself and embracing transparency in every interaction between us. This means that every line I draw, every conversation I have with a client and every decision I make within my business is governed by an unwavering commitment to doing what is right, even though it is not always the most "profitable" way.
Which brings me totransparency, because I am proud of what I do and I want to share it as much as possible! In the army, they taught me what it means to "fuck credibility" and how fast and painful it is to lose trust in you, which is very difficult to rebuild. Transparency is the lens through which I see my business. She embodies openness, honesty and directness. My clients deserve to be aware of the narrative behind each work of art - the process, the materials and the journey that culminated in its creation. Transparency is the rock on which trust is built with you, the customers, and trust, in my opinion, is priceless.
And if we are talking about the customer, then it is important to me the personal relationship, to see the customer and his needs, Just like I saw each of the hundreds of children I met and influenced over 7 years in the scout movement. Each person is unique, and their needs are as varied as the colors in my palette. My business revolves around personal attention and giving and I have to understand my clients and their story in order to reach them emotionally in the best possible way. This is not just selling a product; It is about creating an experience adapted to each person - a work of art that arouses feelings and thoughts.
One of the main values that I taught hundreds of children in the scout movement, is professionalism. Maintain high standards of behavior, ethics and excellence in everything we do. From the beginning of the process to the end. Delivering high quality artwork to clients, maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines.
In my opinion, professionalism brings with it innovation, which includes embracing creativity and an active search for new and unique ways to break artistic boundaries and enhance the experience of art. This can be expressed in experimenting with unconventional materials or techniques to create innovative works of art. To be the pioneers of the market and the development of advanced and exclusive services adapted to the changing needs and offering creative and effective solutions for personal and business development.
These values, dear friends, are not just abstract concepts. They were assimilated in me throughout my years as a child and as an adult. They were first built by my parents, sharpened during my time as a guide and educator in the youth movement, sharpened as a commander and soldier in the navy, strengthened in the King being an emissary of the Jewish Agency in the USA, continued to grow and develop in the various management positions I performed, and were even assimilated during my volunteering at the "Mabrok" association which works for social solidarity in Israel.
I don't share because I have to, I share because I strive to inspire and create a connection with each and every one. For me it is a journey of self-discovery and artistic exploration - one canvas at a time, one story at a time and one shared value at a time.
